A typical day

Wonder what I do on a "typical" day? Me too, but here's what yesterday entailed.

6:30am - Wake up, suns up!
7:00am - Walk the 15 minutes to Sports Science Institute.
7:15-8sh - Run hills in Newlands with classmate
8:30-11am - Attend conference of Discovery Health, a private health insurance provider. Purpose of the day is to talk about the benefits and cost savings of reimbursing for cardiac rehabilitation.
11am-1pm - Work with the exercise science students. Today is the "sacrifice" of their rats. First that rats will swim for 17minutes with 3 minutes rest and 5% of the their body weight on their tail. Some only have to do one bout of exercise, others up to 5 bouts. Shame...
Lunch
2-4pm - Discuss first the different definition for rugby union injury within scientific publications. Then talk about myths regarding lactic acid.
5pm - Get home, quick nap.
Go for pizza and red wine, and then off to bed.

Just another day...but oh so fun.

Seems like as your day progresses you get more and more unhealthy. You start off with an early morning and exercies, then move on to watching rats exercise, then, finally nobody's exercising and you're all just eating pizza.
