Mozambique

Just returned from a 2 week beach holiday with Emily in Mozambique. Flew directly to the capital of Maputo, and then took public transportation (both buses and mini buses or chappas) to Vilanculos and Tofo. Highlights were trying to speak Portugese, visiting the Bazaruto Archipelago on a dhow and sleeping next to a sand dune, snorkelling at 2mile reef, going on a run along the beach and ending up somewhere in the rural/informal area near Tofo/Barra Beach, snorkeling with whale sharks (who are 10m+ long) and meeting some fantastic felow backpackers.

Check out the pics below.

    Anna,

It sure looks like you travelled with some fantastic people. I especially like the look of that Greg character...

Hi there! Wow, really great pics. Mozambique does look amazing! Got to go there some day. We´re in Ecuador, in a town called Baños. Hopefully we´ll go horseback riding tomorrow. Tell Graham i/we said hi!
